  The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Any form of harassment, abuse, exploitation, or  discrimination
  • Sexual misconduct or inappropriate relationships with beneficiaries
  • Corruption, fraud, or misuse of funds or assets
  • Alcohol or substance abuse during work activities
  • Any behavior that may harm the reputation or mission of Al Awna

  •   No child or youth may be subjected to abuse, neglect,      or exploitation
  • No inappropriate physical or verbal contact is permitted
  • All activities involving children and youth must ensure      safe spaces and supervision

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Disciplinary action
  • Termination of engagement
  • Legal action where applicable

All individuals are required to acknowledge and comply with this Code as a condition of their engagement with Al Awna.
